Hillsborough County, FL
FishHawk
Overview
FishHawk, more formally FishHawk Ranch, is a large master-planned community within Lithia in eastern Hillsborough County. Built out in phases since the 1990s, it is organized into distinct villages, including FishHawk Ranch, FishHawk Ranch West, and Starling at FishHawk, connected by an extensive trail network and anchored by amenity centers such as the Park Square Town Center, the Lake House, the Palmetto Club, and the Osprey Club.
The community was designed around conservation land and Fishhawk Creek, with miles of paved trails linking neighborhoods to parks, pools, and Park Square's shops and restaurants. That planning, along with the range of home styles and price points across its villages, has made FishHawk one of the more recognized community names in this part of Hillsborough County.
Legacy Real Estate Associates represents buyers and sellers relocating to or investing in FishHawk. We do not maintain a local office here, but we regularly help clients navigate FishHawk's HOA and CDD structure, village-specific amenities, and resale process as part of our broader Southwest Florida practice.
