Benjamin Bruce is the Founder and Broker of Legacy Real Estate Associates, a boutique real estate brokerage serving Bradenton, Sarasota, Parrish, Lakewood Ranch, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
With a background in residential sales, property management, and real estate investment, Ben built Legacy Real Estate Associates with a simple mission: to help clients build, protect, and grow their legacy through real estate.
Ben’s experience spans the full lifecycle of real estate ownership — from helping tenants rent their first place, helping first-time homebuyers find the right home, to assisting investors in identifying profitable rental opportunities, to managing properties for owners who want reliable, hands-off income. His brokerage specializes in residential sales, tenant placement, full-service property management, and investor consulting, offering clients a comprehensive approach that goes beyond a typical transaction.

When he’s not working with clients, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and his children – often making memories through game nights, playing music, and making good use of their Disney passes!
