Tierra Verde

Tierra Verde is an island community at the southern end of the Pinellas beaches, connected to St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach by the Pinellas Bayway and set apart by its deep-water canals, marinas, and proximity to Fort De Soto Park. The pace here is quieter and more residential than the busier beach towns to the north.

Boating is central to how the island is built and how buyers use it. Many homes sit on deep-water canals with private docks that reach Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico without a fixed bridge in the way, which is a significant factor in value and appeal for buyers who own larger boats. Some sections of the island are gated, adding another layer of privacy to the market.
