Pinellas County, FL
Palm Harbor
Overview
Palm Harbor is an unincorporated community in northern Pinellas County, without its own city government but with a clear identity built around Innisbrook Resort's golf courses, Lake Tarpon, and a stretch of Gulf coastline that includes the small waterfront communities of Ozona and Crystal Beach. The area's terrain is noticeably hillier than most of flat, low-lying Pinellas County, a quirk of geography that shapes some of its older neighborhoods.
Innisbrook has hosted the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship on its Copperhead Course, giving the area a level of golf recognition well beyond its size, while Lake Tarpon anchors a separate set of lakefront neighborhoods built around fishing and boating rather than the Gulf. Downtown, the historic stretch along Florida Avenue holds onto an older, small-town feel with monthly First Friday events, a contrast to the newer subdivisions spread across the rest of the community.
Legacy Real Estate Associates represents buyers and sellers relocating to or investing in Palm Harbor. We do not keep an office in Pinellas County, but Palm Harbor is part of the Southwest Florida market we work regularly, and we bring the same level of attention to a Palm Harbor transaction as we do to one closer to Bradenton.
